GREGG INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

GREGG International School offers a variety of optional classes for students in addition to their usual school day.

Throughout the school year students have the option of joining Afternoon School or Saturday School. Like our regular classes these classes are taught in English. Both Afternoon and Saturday School draw a wide variety of students from the community as well as other school systems, thereby offering students an excellent opportunity to build relationships and make new friends in an international atmosphere.

Language Arts, Circle Time, Social Studies, Story Time, Science, Math, and Theater are all part of the curriculum.

Afternoon School

Jiyugaoka Campus:	Shinjuku Campuses
3:00-4:30pm for ages 3-5	3:30-5:00pm for ages 3-5
4:30-6:00pm for ages 6 and up	5:00-6:30pm for ages 6 and up

All Students from beginners to native-level English speakers are encouraged to attend. Classes are held daily, however parents and students may chose how often they attend - from once a week up to 5 times a week. These sessions are divided into thirds. Circle Time and Language Arts are held daily while the final third of the class session rotates daily:

Intensive ESL Classes

GIS offers intensive ESL classes to students. These private ESL classes are held after school from 2:45-3:45 once, twice or three times per week depending on the individual needs of the students.

Saturday School

9:00-12:00pm for ages 3 to Elementary
Both indoor as well as outdoor activities are mixed into this fun and interesting curriculum.

Interterm Sessions (Jiyugaoka Campus):

Several times a year, during school vacations GIS offers special sessions of classes: Spring School, Summer School and Winter School. All children from age 2 to Elementary, beginners to native-level English speakers, are welcome.
