K3&Pre K3 has learn about Community Helpers!

The greateness of community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members. Coretta Scott King

Throughout the month of May, K3 & Pre K3 class learned about “Community Helpers” through a variety of fun and engaging activities.  The students explored many kinds of jobs in our community, such as firefighters, doctors, police officers, teachers, chefs and more. Thea learned how these helpers support our daily lives.

As part of our learning, Kindergarten students enjoyed reading many picture books about community helpers. They also expressed their creativity by making themed crafts and artwork!

Through these hands-on activities the students developed a greater appreciation for the people who help our community every day. It was a wonderful month full of learning, creativity, and discovery!
