G5 & G6 : The Water Cycle Experiment

The Water Cycle Experiment, the Cycle of life.

Water moves and changes. The students were involved in active learning as they observed how the water cycle works. They gained a better understanding on the concept of evaporation, condensation and precipitation. As the sun heats the water, it begins to evaporate. When the water vapor reaches the sky, it forms to clouds where condensation takes place. Water evaporates from oceans, lakes and other bodies of water. As the cloud becomes heavy, water begins to fall back to the ground through precipitation in the form of rain. At the end of the experiment, the students drew a diagram of the entire process.
