A shiny red fire engine and three firemen from Meguro Fire Department were our special guests this morning. K1 to K5 children were sitting happily outside with their teachers. It was the first fall-like morning after the extreme heat of the summer months. Many parents were there to take pictures of their children. Each boy and girl were helped up to the high driver’s seat of fire engine by the real fire men. What a exciting morning! We learned a lot about fire and earthquake safety.
